These terms and conditions have been prepared for Biatecatarot and describe the arrangements that apply when you use my readings, tarot consultations, healing sessions and spiritual guidance.
1. My services
Biatecatarot offers personal and spiritual services, including tarot readings, consultations about love and relationships, energetic and spiritual guidance, healing sessions and other services offered on the website.
The services are intended to support personal reflection, insight and wellbeing. A reading or consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome.
2. Making an appointment
An appointment is confirmed when we have agreed on a date, time and service. By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Prices and payment
Current prices are listed on the website or agreed with you in advance. Payment is made using the method agreed beforehand. A consultation or package may be carried out only once the agreed payment conditions have been met.
4. Appointments and cancellations
If you cannot attend at the agreed time, please let me know as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. If an appointment is cancelled shortly before it is due to begin, or if you do not attend without notice, the reserved time may be charged if it cannot be offered to someone else. We can always discuss exceptional circumstances.
5. Readings and consultations
I provide my services carefully and attentively. In readings and tarot consultations, I work with intuition, energy and the cards. The content is personal and may be experienced differently by each individual.
6. Your own responsibility
You remain responsible for your own choices and for how you use insights from a reading, consultation or healing session. Biatecatarot does not guarantee outcomes relating to the future, relationships, people or events.
7. No medical, legal or financial advice
Biatecatarot’s services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice or care. If you have health concerns, psychological difficulties or another matter requiring professional help, please contact a suitably qualified professional.
8. Personal information and photographs
If you voluntarily share a photograph or other personal information for a reading, I use it only to provide the agreed service. Do not share another person’s information unless you have the right or permission to do so.
9. Confidentiality
I handle personal information shared during a consultation with care. Information will not be made public without your permission unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Liability
Biatecatarot cannot be held responsible for choices, decisions or consequences arising from the use of a reading, consultation, healing session or other spiritual service. The services are provided on a best-efforts basis and do not promise a guaranteed result.
11. Intellectual property
Texts, images, readings, daily card messages, designs and other original Biatecatarot content may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior permission.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with something, please contact me as soon as possible at biatecatarot@gmail.com. I value the opportunity to work together towards an appropriate solution.
13. Changes
Biatecatarot may amend these terms when necessary. The latest version will be published on this website.
14. Governing law
Dutch law applies to Biatecatarot’s services. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules in the Netherlands.
